Jikiden Reiki discipline

Jikiden Reiki is the traditional Japanese Reiki that has not been altered by any other modality or culture. Reiki is ’universal life energy' and is a completely natural, safe, and very effective hands on energy healing technique to promote the healing of body and psyche. A Reiki session has a deeply relaxing, stress-reducing & detoxifying effect. It activates and strengthens people's innate self-healing abilities. Reiki does not interfere with any conventional medical treatment or other healing modalities.

In the traditional practice Reiki is used to treat all kinds of acute or chronic physical and psychological ailments such as:

  • heachaches & other physical pain (back, neck, hip, knee, stomach etc.), digestive issues, nausea, tension, bee sting, etc.

  • stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sadness, grief, anger, trauma, addiction, etc.

  • injuries of all kinds (fall, sprained ankle, concussion, schock, cuts, burns, bruises etc.)

  • low energy, infections, weak immune system etc.

Paige Rasberry Massage & Aesthetics

Paige Profile_edited.png

Graduated from KCCIHS, a Nelson local of 20 years, Janna focuses on the nervous system and myofascial treatment of various tensions and injuries. Inspired by making the most of the local trails, a keen interest in anatomy and the body's amazing ability to redesign itself and adapt to the pressures applied to it, she constantly strives to learn the best techniques available.

With almost a decade of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Megan works with a neurocentric approach in her treatments. This means that she works with the nervous system to achieve a number of treatment goals from decreasing muscle tension, lowering stress (SNS) levels and increasing range of motion. When the body feels safe and regulated it is able to release tension in muscles and return to a more balanced state.

Callie has been studying bodywork modalities for over 20 years.  She synthesizes techniques from Rebalancing, trigger point, Rolfing, Trager joint release, Gestalt, deep tissue, and myofascial decompression to create a customized massage.  She is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist in the biodynamic approach.  Callie has worked in the heli ski industry for over a decade refining the ultimate apres adventure reset session.  She volunteers with Nelson Search and Rescue, and is a co-founder of the Mountain Trauma Support Network.

Paige is a certified esthetician with 10+ years of experience. Graduating from the National Institute of Esthetics, her love for the outdoors brought her from busy life in Ontario out here to the mountains. Moving to Lake Louise and bringing her passion to Sun Peaks, Revelstoke and now in Nelson. She offers a range of services from, manicures and pedicures, waxing, massage, facials, and more!

Whitney enjoys building relationships with her clients and assisting them in reaching their specific and unique goals. She prides herself on her active listening skills, as well as the ability to hone in on the specific needs of each individual and provide the appropriate treatment for each unique client's healing. She believes there is not a one-size-fits-all solution and therefore will tailor your treatment and homecare recommendations to fit your needs, abilities, and lifestyle.
