Jikiden Reiki discipline
Jikiden Reiki is the traditional Japanese Reiki that has not been altered by any other modality or culture. Reiki is ’universal life energy' and is a completely natural, safe, and very effective hands on energy healing technique to promote the healing of body and psyche. A Reiki session has a deeply relaxing, stress-reducing & detoxifying effect. It activates and strengthens people's innate self-healing abilities. Reiki does not interfere with any conventional medical treatment or other healing modalities.
In the traditional practice Reiki is used to treat all kinds of acute or chronic physical and psychological ailments such as:
-
heachaches & other physical pain (back, neck, hip, knee, stomach etc.), digestive issues, nausea, tension, bee sting, etc.
-
stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sadness, grief, anger, trauma, addiction, etc.
-
injuries of all kinds (fall, sprained ankle, concussion, schock, cuts, burns, bruises etc.)
-
low energy, infections, weak immune system etc.

Paige Rasberry Massage & Aesthetics
Graduated from KCCIHS, a Nelson local of 20 years, Janna focuses on the nervous system and myofascial treatment of various tensions and injuries. Inspired by making the most of the local trails, a keen interest in anatomy and the body's amazing ability to redesign itself and adapt to the pressures applied to it, she constantly strives to learn the best techniques available.
With almost a decade of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Megan works with a neurocentric approach in her treatments. This means that she works with the nervous system to achieve a number of treatment goals from decreasing muscle tension, lowering stress (SNS) levels and increasing range of motion. When the body feels safe and regulated it is able to release tension in muscles and return to a more balanced state. megancrozier.rmt@gmail.com
